An 18th-century mansion
An 18th-century mansion, entirely restored with love and style, “La Thérèsienne” is located in the valley of the Vire on the border of the departments of Manche and Calvados. Halfway between Mont Saint-Michel and the D-Day landing beaches is this corner of tranquillity ideal for exploring Lower Normandy.
The lounge and its Zen atmosphere invite you to relax, read and chat with other guests. Books, board games and leaflets about the region are available, as well coffee and tea. Our guests have also access to the whole garden with its various rest areas and to the covered terrace.
“La Thérèsienne” is not a hotel, it is our home and we would like to open its doors to you.
We are Steven and Cristoph, both from Belgium, we fell in love at the first sight with the valley and the house... by chance on our way back from holiday. With our passion and experience in interior design, we immediately saw how we could make it our new nest. We quickly wanted to share this sense of well-being, and so the idea for “La Thérèsienne” was born.
