Terms and Conditions

The customer declares to have read and accepted these general conditions of sale before making the reservation. Confirmation of the reservation therefore constitutes acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

General Reservation Conditions:

All bookings must be guaranteed by a debit or credit card valid on the starting date of the stay, unless otherwise stated.
50% of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking.
50% of the total amount will be charged upon arrival.
On-site payment can be made by debit or credit card, or in cash.

Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations must be notified to the owner by email.
Up to 10 days before arrival, no cancellation fees will be charged and the deposit will be fully refunded. After this period, the full amount of the deposit will be charged.
Cancellations after 5 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be due.
In case of a shortened stay, the full price of the reservation will be retained by the owner.

Modifications:

For any modification concerning the number of people, the dates of stay and the arrival times, please contact us directly and we will try to satisfy you according to our availability.

General Terms and Conditions:

All rooms have a maximum capacity of 2 people.
The rooms are available from 5:00 PM the day of arrival (check-in until 8:00 PM) and must be vacated by 11:00 AM the day of departure.
Breakfast and tourist tax are included.
For the comfort of our cats Soltan and Pyramis, other pets are not allowed.
All indoor areas of La Thérèsienne are non-smoking.
To ensure the comfort and tranquillity of all our guests, La Thérèsienne is not suitable for children under the age of 10. Thank you for your understanding.
The customer must respect the peaceful character of the house and use them in accordance with their intended purpose. He undertakes to return the rooms in good condition. The rooms will not be used to store bicycles. The client also undertakes not to bring food into the room.
The owner declines all responsibility in case of theft of any sum or value left in the room. Any damage by the customer to equipment, objects, furniture, etc. will be charged additionally.
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to modification at any time, without notice. Last modification on February 10, 2026.

In case of a dispute:

In case of a dispute between the Client (Guest) and the company (La Thérèsienne), they will strive to resolve it amicably (the Client will send a written complaint to the professional).
If an agreement cannot be reached, or if "La Thérèsienne" does not respond within a period of one month, the Client (within the meaning of Article L.612-2 of the French Consumer Code) has the option, to refer the matter free of charge to the competent mediator listed in the register of mediators established by the Commission for the Evaluation and Control of Consumer Mediation in accordance with Article L.615-1 of the Consumer Code, namely: La Société Médiation Professionnelle.
